    We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a National Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, connecting with key contacts and preparing reports. Your main objective will be to answer client queries and support our Sales Team to increase sales and profitability.

    Job responsibilities include the following:

    • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
    • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
    • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards
    • Coordinate with product development to suggest enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction


    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

      • Proven work experience as a National account manager
      • Solid experience in sales and customer service
      • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
      • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
      • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
      • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
      • Availability to travel as needed
